Welcome to the Laurel Park Elementary School - 5th Grade Site
Dear Parents of Fifth Grade Students
We, a handful of 5th grade moms, would like to extend an invitation to you to participate in a collaborative effort to provide our rising middle school students with an
“End of the Year, Moving Up, Ice Cream Social, Celebration”
We will need to decorate, collaborate, fund and shop to make this happen by the date specified.
Our plan is to provide the Entire 5th grade class with an outdoor, ice cream sundae making social to be held June 29th at 12:30 pm on Laurel Park school grounds.
We truly hope we can pull together to make a fun filled event for our children.
In addition to the festivities, we the Moms, NOT THE TEACHERS OR THE SCHOOL, have purchased a T shirt for each child.
(Mrs DeMarchi will distribute them to each class upon receipt from the printer.)
We would like to encourage students to wear the shirts to field day. We will give them an opportunity to sign each others shirts at the social as an end of the year novelty.
If you can make a small (approx. $4.00) contribution toward the price of the T shirt, it is greatly appreciated, but in NO way mandatory.
There are a few ways that you can get your contribution to us. You can send a check (payable to J.DeMarchi) via the kids by placing it in a sealed envelope and writing on the outside of it:

Track 3 - For Amy Tedder via Salem Tedder
Track 4 - For Lynn Long via Adam Long
Then ask your child to give it to the appropriate child. The parent will send an email as confirmation to let you know that it was received.
Or you can mail your contribution to Jeanine DeMarchi at 1009 Lylebourne Ct , Apex, NC 27502. Or, if you live in Haddon Hall, you can just drop it by the house.
